Helene Blanchette is President of MyJane, a ManifestSeven company specialized in the development of a women’s and wellness-focused channel. Prior to this role, Ms. Blanchette was global vice-president of marketing for the production business of Xerox Corporation.
During a nine year journey in Asia, as a member of the senior leadership team of Fuji Xerox, Ms. Blanchette led the strategic digital marketing transformation, structure, and implementation of a regional digital marketing center, including technology acquisition, process change and forming a team from the ground up.
Ms. Blanchette’s competence in business, in communication and in data-driven persona marketing (1-to-1) was recognized globally. Credited for implementing the first 1:1 Experience in Asia and for being the original founder of the Xerox 1:1 lab that has gained worldwide recognition and won numerous innovation awards.
Ms. Blanchette has also been actively involved with International Sanctuary, helping empower survivors of human trafficking and supporting the efforts, as well as the Child Creativity Lab, which nurtures young minds.
Ema French is responsible for the MyJane Affiliate Partner Program. She offers to MyJane a mature youth with a contagiously positive can do attitude. Ema’s experience in sales, recruitment and digital marketing is the perfect combination for delivering value to this important program and partner members. She is responsible for all activities related to the MyJane community of affiliate partners, composed of a great diversity of people representing MyJane to their community and network.
Margaret Zanel is a consultant to MyJane, a highly skilled executive advisor, business strategist, entrepreneur, and leadership coach with over 30 years’ experience in Fortune 100 and private equity-backed early growth & start-ups in Canada, the US, and globally. Margaret is recognized for her strategic, business transformation, marketing, and sales expertise in the high-growth sectors of technology, cannabis, and retail health & wellness.
At MyJane, Margaret leads the strategic business expansion of MyJane into new markets and brings a wealth of knowledge to the organization. She is a passionate advocate of women’s advancement in the c-suite and the boardroom. Margaret is Executive Director, Mentorship Programs for Women Get on Board Inc, a leading member-based company that connects, promotes, and empowers women to corporate boards. She is also the Founder of the Women Entrepreneurs Network, a social platform to inspire and educate the next generation of women entrepreneurs.
Ms. Raffele is a consultant collaborator and the co-founder of MyJane. Cara drove the development of its brand architecture and market differentiation based on extensive market research of its core target demographic.
She lends experience working in highly regulated and publicly traded entities, including serving as Public Information Officer for the City of Anaheim Public Utilities and on the IPO team for Ingram Micro.
Prior to founding MyJane, Ms. Raffele created and led the third-largest integrated marketing communications agency in Orange County. She began her career as a staff writer with The Orange County Register.
Although Cara now runs her own consulting company, she remains a great and valuable collaborator to MyJane.
