Helene Blanchette is President of MyJane, a ManifestSeven company specialized in the development of a women’s and wellness-focused channel. Prior to this role, Ms. Blanchette was global vice-president of marketing for the production business of Xerox Corporation.
During a nine year journey in Asia, as a member of the senior leadership team of Fuji Xerox, Ms. Blanchette led the strategic digital marketing transformation, structure, and implementation of a regional digital marketing center, including technology acquisition, process change and forming a team from the ground up.
Ms. Blanchette’s competence in business, in communication and in data-driven persona marketing (1-to-1) was recognized globally. Credited for implementing the first 1:1 Experience in Asia and for being the original founder of the Xerox 1:1 lab that has gained worldwide recognition and won numerous innovation awards.
Ms. Blanchette has also been actively involved with International Sanctuary, helping empower survivors of human trafficking and supporting the efforts, as well as the Child Creativity Lab, which nurtures young minds.
Ms. Raffele joined the Company in June 2019 as Vice President of Marketing following M7’s acquisition of MyJane. As a co-founder of MyJane, Ms. Raffele drove the development of its brand architecture and market differentiation based on extensive market research of its core target demographic.
She lends experience working in highly regulated and publicly traded entities, including serving as Public Information Officer for the City of Anaheim Public Utilities and on the IPO team for Ingram Micro.
Prior to founding MyJane, Ms. Raffele created and led the third-largest integrated marketing communications agency in Orange County. She began her career as a staff writer with The Orange County Register.
Outside of M7, Ms. Raffele is a tireless community volunteer and serves on the board of directors of Alzheimer’s Association Orange County. She also is an officer on the International Association of Business Communicators’ (Orange County) board of directors.
This self-starter also helped to give voice to the Innovation Economy and the people leading its revolution by founding WunderMarx, a top-ranked, award-winning integrated communications agency devoted to technology startups and emerging-growth companies.
In May 2018, Cara co-founded MyJane, the first premium, curated cannabis service for women — and helped lead the brand to a successful acquisition by ManifestSeven in February 2019. She continues to serve as a strategic adviser to MyJane and was appointed as the vice president of marketing at ManifestSeven in June 2019. Cara is sought after as a trusted adviser to CEOs, executives and boards of directors, where she operates at the intersection of cannabis, technology and wellness.
Deborah Castillero is an entrepreneur, a multicultural technologist and a business executive with over 20+ years of experience. She is a recognized leader for devising new business growth strategies for Fortune 500 companies and startups. As a first-generation Latina, she’s developed one of the most successful Latino crossover strategies for Sony Music Entertainment that generated over $1.0 Billion in incremental sales. Deborah has built and launched three software applications in edtech, fintech and blockchain. She’s passionate about social entrepreneurship, diversity, wellness, early literacy and solving important problems to improve people’s lives.
